The Renaissance at Norman

The Renaissance at Norman staff, specifically Ashley and Joanna were amazing. Both were so supportive while I was moving. They both showed me several different apartment styles and obviously listened to my needs. This place has a secure dog park with dog bags and garbage pails everywhere around the property. They also provide little dog baggies in the office, such a dog friendly complex. The property is well lit and has numerous walking paths. They have a great maintenance staff because everything is clean and tidy. The community is gated. It’s stress free knowing you have a great management team that keeps your home safe. I’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything I’ve needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept very clean and well-maintained. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the amenities (like the pool, gym, and common areas) are a huge bonus. The community feels safe and welcoming, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment in the area!

Ashley is the location manager here. She was super helpful in working with our family when my brother needed to go into assisted living. The staff are great to work with and my brothers apartment was well taken care of with a highly responsive maintenance team. I highly recommend this apartment and the team that manages it!
