Once we loved the house, we had lots of negotiations as it was already under contract. She really understood the process and how we could get the house. From there - she made it happen. Even going so far as finding a contractor willing to put a scuba suit on to fix a pool issue. Julie was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Julie is the best! Julie was great from the time we decided to sell our house to the closing date. She went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for showings and fix all the repairs.
