The Regency Club

I have lived here for ten years. While I do not have many issues that require maintenance, I always find Evelyn and Sergio to be very prompt in their response. Work is completed in a timely manner and under the most pleasant of circumstances. I’m very happy here!

My roommate and I were looking for an apartment close to our campus and this was the perfect find. Evelyn, the property manager, was easily accessible throughout the entire process and during our time living at Regency. She is incredibly sweet and the perfect go to if you have any questions. Sergio, the handyman on the property was the best. Anytime anything was not functioning or even when we couldn't access our door due to malfunctioning lock late at night, he was able to help us. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely peaceful. The bedrooms are spacious and the amenities are a huge plus. The rent is inclusive of this and it shows. I had such a good experience living at The Regency Club for the past five years. It really became my home. I can’t say enough good things about the property manager, Evelyn. She goes above and beyond to help you with all your needs. Such a great person! Anytime I had an issues with repairs, Sergio the super always answered the phone. The complex is lovely and quiet. Neighbors were great. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at Regency Court! The team takes great care for the property and are always prompt to fix any issue (usually the same day). Management was always a joy to deal with and we loved our neighbors! I would rent here again any day of the week!

Sergio is the best! I never have to wait long periods of time whenever I have a maintenance issue! I’ve lived here for 20.5 years! No bad experience!
