The Park at Main

Park & Main has ample parking and I really appreciate the electronic key fob for safety. The apartments are nice and have a modern feel. This is close to Garnet Health and Crystal Run so it’s great for nurses, sonographers, etc. or anyone in a travel work assignment looking for a place. I love the in unit washer & dryer and the fridge is nice, also comes with an ice maker. Trash& garbage is in a shared , community dumpster and utilities are not included . Patrick (the superintendent) has been incredibly helpful to me personally - he often goes above and beyond to help me carry things I cannot manage to lift myself - he deserves a raise!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please, run, run, run far away from The Park at Main in Middletown, NY don’t even look twice. This place is nothing like it appears online. Let’s start with the basics: a 2-bedroom costs $2,570 a month, and all you’re really paying for is appearances. There’s no intercom, so if you ever get locked out, be prepared to wait over an hour for help. There’s no peephole, no doorbell, no ringer meaning anyone can knock or bang on your door, and you’ll have no idea who it is. The buildings are poorly maintained, often smell humid, and are far from clean. The walls are paper thin, and you’ll constantly get emails about “noise complaints.” You can barely play music or live comfortably without being monitored or warned. Love the place. Been here for 2 years so far and no issues at all with the apt. Maintenance is always there to help with anything that needs to be fixed or straightened up. Only problem is that whenever reaching out to management or whoever we need to email it’s like they never respond. Even the Ami app the techs respond without a doubt in the next 24-48 hrs. But beautiful place inside and outside.

Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The units are beautiful and the apartment complex itself is well maintained and safe.
