We met Simon two years ago when we were just thinking about listing our house. He gave us valuable information about staging the house and then the area we lived in tanked a bit so we pulled the same. Simon was so patient with us. Then the market boomed and we resisted it. Both times Simon had professional photographers take pictures of the house. Long story short we got multiple offers, went with what appeared to be a no brainer that ended up defaulting but due to Simons hard work behind the scenes we had a new contract same day as the default went through. Closed three weeks later and had the best closing experience. Simon worked so hard for us and was so patient with all of our questions. We can’t give him a plus 5 cause if we could we would.
