My friend recently signed for a Executive Palisades model at Lenah Mill , Aldie , Virginia and he suppose to get a 'Elegant coffered ceiling' in master bed room as standard feature but toll brothers provided a tray ceiling and they call it 'Toll brothers elegant coffered ceiling' and the builder is not trustworthy.
Beautifully planned neighborhood. Lots of Amazon upper management will be buying homes here as Amazon HQ2 is announced, you can take this prediction to the bank :)
