I moved into one of their apartments 4 years ago. Last month I got a notice on the 8th asking me to move by the 31st at noon. The letter was not certified. I do not check my mail daily. The only reason I was given was that "The business was going in a different direction." Now keep in mind I have had excellent tenacy over the past 4 years, I always paid my rent ahead of schedule. I move, I'm out by the 1st, they do inspection on the 4th, they tell me my deposit will be returned 14 days after inspection.
