The Real Estate Inspection Company

We used the Real Estate Inspection Company for a recent home inspection in the San Diego area. We are extremely happy with the overall experience. Kevin M. was the assigned inspector and we highly recommend him. He was on time, polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable and his inspection was super thorough. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The report we received after the inspection (within 24 hours) was extremely detailed and easy to read and understand. I had Matthew as my inspector and he did a fantastic job. The entire process was very thorough and efficient. A bonus, due to Matthew's proficiency as a contractor, was his insight toward multiple different aspects of the unit's current state, and any remediation that would need to be done. It was a positive experience overall, and I will definitely use this company again in the future.

The inspection was very thorough. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with meeting at the home for an in-person discussion. However, Aaron was very accommodating with a telephone call. He was patient answering all questions from myself and my agent. His repair and safety recommendations were clear. I appreciated his thoroughness.

Our inspector was prompt, thorough and very easy to discuss results and dive deeper into best course of actions on various findings. He had a good working knowledge of current building codes vs. codes accepted in the past. The report is easy to read and refer to items needing attention. An additional feature of their reporting includes a quoting software that analyzes repairs recommended and provides estimates by licensed contractors. You can, but do not have to use any of the referred trades people . I would highly recommend this company.
