Paseo Village Apartments

Absolutely love Paseo Village!!! Very clean, very safe, and very quiet. The location is amazing. Love the in unit washer, dryer, and AC! Did I mentioned they are pet friendly.

We just moved into Paseo Court, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Sandra. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly responsive, patient, and informative. She took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for her support and thrilled to be part of the community! Thank you Sandra:)

Beautiful and quite place to lived, the only reason I give 4 stars ⭐️ because the kid’s in the neighborhood are bad behavior, they’re playing to rough, playing the garage door , banging, leaving trash & throwing stones everywhere specially in the parking lot where my car is park. Horrible kids and no discipline . They parents should tell them not do those stuff specially they’re not owned anything …

BEWARE! They will scam you! They will keep your holding deposit and stop all communication with you even after they tell you if you do not decide to go with the property, they will return your holding deposit. We are a family of 5! 4 adults and 1 child. 3 of us have excellent credit! The other 1 had fair credit. All 4 adults have excellent income. They tried to charge us triple deposit to move in. They wanted to charge us almost $8000 to move in on the 15th of the month. That very unreasonable especially since they told us, it would only be Max double deposit if we had poor credit . We have been contacting them since , at first they said they were going to return the holding deposit and then said they had no access to that information to return the holding deposit and then they just stopp

The property is very nice, clean, no loud noises. Surrounding community is also very good. Manager helps with any complications that may arise as best as she can. Recommended.
