Arturo was extremely professional and helpful as always. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed both of our clogged bathroom sinks very quickly. This isn’t the first time he has helped us with minor repairs, and every time his work is fast, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. He consistently goes above and beyond and makes the whole process stress-free. Truly amazing service — we really appreciate having someone as reliable and skilled as Arturo. Highly recommended!

On my second lease. I love this place. The location is perfect near many restaurants, shopping, and the strip. The grounds are well kept and clean, the amenities are amazing. The pool, gym, entertainment center are all great. The common areas are clean and look great. The staff is very friendly. Arturo the maintenance person is very good. He has taken care of minor maintenance requests I have had and he is very thorough, his work is great, he leaves the work area looking better than when he started. He’s professional and represents The Rays in an outstanding manner. Overall I am pleased and hope to stay here for years to come.

we’ve been here for about two months and so far, no complaints! our move in process went smoothly with the help of michael. maintenance requests are always promptly answered by arturo, who is always so kind. i enjoy the amenities and the fact that this property hosts events for residents. neighbors are also very kind and overall it’s a great community.

Went in for information and tour with the family for a move coming up. Always worried going in leasing offices due to language barrier but as soon as we walked in agent by name of ms annette made me and wife so comfortable her knowledge and professionalism and how she’s able to connect with regular everyday families was incredible. Her tour of building she took time to show us everything and talk us through the process.our move is coming up and you can bet we are going to be future residents.
