For one I would like to say living here we felt so welcomed until we met Maritza. Very unprofessional, I hope she learns how to properly communicate with people and atleast smile or act kind. This place was overall not that bad. But. There is soooo many small fees in the contracts. Please READ your contracts throughly !! There is so many other apartments that don’t charge you so much $$$ and as cheap as the ranch . The office ladies were so kind especially Charlie , love those guys but when we came to interact with Maritza is was not it. Hispanic to Hispanic I did not like how unprofessional she was. Was emailing her back and forth and when I proved something I was left with no response . Get her out of there or fix the attitude. Also my refrigerator had a leak when I told maintenance they

It’s unfortunate but I’m very disappointed in this place, we really tried to love it. It’s nasty, dumpsters are always full and smelly, dog poop left on the sidewalks for weeks, maintenance is slow to respond. Called to complain about the dangerous icy steps and parking lot, it’s been this way for over a week and I was met with nothing but excuses and a nasty attitude (Tammy was who i believe I was speaking to) and left with zero confidence they would improve the situation. This place is way too expensive for what it is, looking forward to getting my loved ones out of here. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

TL;DR: Overpriced, poorly managed, and full of hidden fees. We lived here from July 2022 to August 2024, and it was not a good experience. The rent seemed fair at first, but with extra monthly fees (valet trash, trash service, pet fees, parking, pest control, etc.), we ended up paying much more than expected. The valet trash service was unreliable—they often ripped our bags and then refused to take them. The dumpster area was constantly overflowing with trash and large discarded items like furniture. Many pet owners didn’t clean up after their dogs, leaving waste everywhere. The complex had serious safety and maintenance issues. Our stairwell flooded with standing water every time it rained. A rusted stair broke under my husband, and instead of fixing it properly, management replaced the

first moved in and had a really nice two bedroom two bath unit, then moved to a one bedroom with kind of an office type unit that was absolutely disgusting. The washer and dryer looked like they were from the 80s, they were in terrible condition and every time you ran either one it sounded like the space shuttle taking off. Not to mention that it makes you nauseous sitting on the toilet because the first floor apartment would run their bathroom fan and it literally vibrated the entire floor in the second floor restroom. And then you can get to the kitchen, where they basically put fronts on cabinets that came out about a foot and a half from the actual shelf. I can’t even explain how ridiculous and unusable this is. I have lived here for 4+ years now and the management has only gotten worse. Maintenance requests take weeks to get resolved and it’s frustrating. The air conditioning in gym is almost never working and it’s like working out in a super hot room with no ventilation during summers. There’s no option of negative rating otherwise in its current state this community deserves that which used to be one of the best community in the area when I moved in 4 years ago.
