Do NOT live here! They have left my partner and his animals living with a molded carpet from a busted water heater since October 22nd. There was no water in the apartment for three days. When asked about the carpet- they said a contractor would come out at the send of the week. 14 days later nothing has been done and we had to rush one of his cats to the emergency vet for what we found was mold exposure! All of this and we can’t even get a phone call back or someone to take us seriously despite the health concerns for both humans and animals. I reccomend staying far away from this complex if you want a place who will actually take care of health hazards!
This place is a disaster. I moved in April 2024. In that time, it took almost a year to fix the stairs, I had a dishwasher that did not get any type of hot water or heated dry cycle, water heater broke, flooded my room then the new one was installed backwards. After the new install I maybe had slightly above room temperature water for about 5 minutes. Management staff? Absolutely unprofessional, disorganized, and overall completely clueless. Pool wasn’t opened the entire time I lived there. Still not open as of 7/7/25. But don’t worry, they’re raising the amenity fees from $70 to $125! Pest control? What’s that? I don’t think that exists here. Countless work orders entered that were never completed but marked done. Items from my move in sheet from 2024 were never addressed as well. C
Edit: Just got off the phone my bank about my security deposit because it bounced and they wrote me a bad check. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even. I moved out two months ago now at this point. Lived here for over a year. I have put in a request to get a key for my back door, as the key from my front door does not match my patio door. I am on the first floor. It has never been fixed. Even though I have communicated this to the main office. This has been a huge concern for my own safety. Put in (12/27/2024). There were also gun shells .22 thrown on my patio, and the main office could not do anything about that. Which is also concerning. The weather sealing has also never been fixed. This is going on apartments.com and your website, and copied 2S2 residential I have photos After almost four years of paying rent on time without fail, this rental company proved how little they actually care about their tenants. Within the first year, the vinyl laminate flooring started peeling up at the edges. I submitted maintenance requests repeatedly. Instead of fixing the problem or even responding, management would simply close the tickets with no explanation. The flooring continued to deteriorate because it was never addressed. Later, the air-conditioning unit leaked, causing damage to the ceiling and tearing part of it out. Once again, I reported it and asked if it would be fixed. Once again—silence. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I lived here for 3 years and this is easily the WORST place I've ever lived. It was amazing at first but when they were bought out by S2 Residential it went downhill SO fast.. Literally ANYTHING is better than this place!!! They are currently charging $400 less than what I paid in rent (I was paying $1400 for a 690 sqft 1bdrm unrenovated apartment) because they know how bad this place is and they are desperate for tenants. Please be aware that any 5 star reviews you see are 100% fake!!! The office staff is rude, they don't care about your concerns, and maintenance is non existent..
