The Quest at Towne Oaks

Unfortunately our A/C unit quit working at some point during the day while I was at work. I walked into 87° and being it was almost 5 pm, I figured it was going to be a long night. I made the call anyway and with in minutes, my savior and amazing maintenance man Joe showed up to see what was happening. He located a bad capacitor however it was too hot to remove…now anyone else would have said I’ll get to it tomorrow…but not Joe. It’s now 8pm and my man came back after the part cooled down and saved the night!! I cannot thank him and the unselfishness that he displayed. I would give 10 stars but it only allows 5. Thank you Joe for everything you do. Not just today but everyday - a lot of people count on you and you don’t disappoint.

Love the place love the stay pretty much all the festivities, food, and etc relating is all close net.

Joe is the best maintenance/groundsman he helped me with a solid even when he didn’t have to!

The Quest at Towne Oaks fue mi hogar por 2 años. Es un condominio tranquilo, con apartamentos amplios, el servicio de mantenimiento es rápido y eficiente. La manager y su equipo son excelentes y profesionales, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesites. Aceptan mascotas. Los recomiendo
