THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO THE Q VARIEL? PLEASE READ THIS FIRST. After more than six months at The Q Variel, the repeated lack of responsiveness, follow‑through, and basic care from management made it clear that resident issues are not handled with urgency. We kept hoping things would improve, but they didn’t. Future residents deserve to know what living here was actually like for us. Here is our experience, as concisely as possible: 1. EV charging is essentially unusable. Despite being advertised as an amenity, we never successfully charged our car here. Valet does not charge vehicles, underground chargers often fail due to no reception, and management told us to pay extra to park upstairs and use those chargers instead. There are ~6 chargers for 30+ EVs. 2. Privacy issues throughout th

Love this place in case you were wondering why I love this place: for every single employee here is fantastic! The service crew , their prompt attention, practically they descent from the sky right into you apartment. They don’t wait days or weeks. The job is done . Your Uber driver does not show up that fast. And of course management and the rest of the staff. Specially Casey at the front desk. She is fantastic and should get an Oscar … an award not a guy called Oscar…. Then Jackie -great personality all. Afraid to lose them. That would be a nightmare. Need you all as a group. As long as my rent remains steady here, I may stay as per of the group and fun living. Kudos for the valet guys, Angel, Victoria and all are true pros.

My son lived here for 4 years and overall had a nice place to live. Nice amenities when some were available. He started to get sick a lot more than usual and when he let the office know about a possibility of mold they tested and charged him almost $600. We opposed this and they turned their ears away from him when he didn’t feel this charge was valid. They never told him of a fee and not a small one. The office staff rarely responded to any issues and were very poor at communication. I am in this industry and was appalled by their lack of understanding and communication. This behavior is even worse with higher level and their regional manager, Yessica. Nothing was ever done and when he moved out he certainly didn’t get the charge returned as it was attached to his ledger and was taken out

We moved in this past October, and we're loving the Q so far! It's so nice having someone at the desk 24/7. Shoutout to Jackie, Casey, and Frances for making us and our pup feel so welcome!

this is a comprehensive overview of the Q Variel located in Woodland Hills let me first go on by saying that i have lived there for years. The building may fool with its newly modern look compared to other buildings in the area that seem out dated, motif essence, etc. But do not be fooled for everything that glitters is not gold. The management in the building is horrible from the leasing department to the maintenance and so often. The leasing department got my documents are recommended the best option for me was to give them my FULL LEASE deposit yes that’s correct. A full 18 month term in full to be accepted. Aside from that when i finally got approved. I had a dishwasher that was broken for two months and a dryer that i pay monthly for that would break every single time i’d use it. NO E
