Lived here for 5 months now and really enjoying it. We’ve got to experience pool year-round thanks to the new maintenance supervisor, Matt. He’s done a great job keeping up with the property! And all the other challenges he's quick to fix and get things done correctly. I really appreciate him and his team! Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet and convenient location.

Here comes my long rant for why this place is one of the most miserable places I’ve lived: -Severely overpriced for the quality. I cannot express enough how expensive it is to live here with how terrible the quality is. -Washer/dryer-in-one appliance breaks constantly. It’s been well over a month RIGHT NOW since I have had a working washer/dryer. That’s a recurring theme amongst my neighbors as well. I have had to go to a laundromat for six weeks now. -Dryer hardly works, most of my neighbors have clotheslines to dry their clothes. -If for any reason you are late on rent they will be quick to threaten eviction but can’t be bothered to fix the issues in the units in a timely manner. -The gates for the parking only work half the time. Hello, I am Kevin Farland and my wife Lisa wrote the review yesterday about the washer/dryer and the pool so this is a follow up to your response to her review. I washed one pair of pants last night to wear to work today. I promptly removed them after the 1:43 dry cycle and hung them in our bathroom as usual. This morning I had to use a hair dryer to get them dry enough to wear. If perhaps it is operator error, maybe you could send someone over to show us the proper way to use it. Also, dryer softner sheets are meant for the normal type of dryer, they need heat to work As for the pool, myself along with our neighbors can tell you that it most definitely was not heated this last summer. This place truly deserves 0 stars. Management is impossible to reach and they nickel and dime you. The “gated parking” usually has a broken gate and management takes weeks to fix it. When I moved in they clearly just gave the unit a fresh cost of paint and it was all over the floors and windows. The individual AC units are a nightmare. We asked for the filters to be replaced and the maintenance guys came in and sprayed something in the vent to make it “smell cleaner”. This place is also on a very dangerous street so just be aware of that. The management is unreachable no matter what and they are so rude. The homeless people get in and will try to open your doors. We were some of the California mass exodus folks from the pandemic moving Eastward. We obsessed over the best places based on cost, square footage, and how nice the places were. Rachel in management was so sweet and helpful and was so kind and patient during my multiple calls asking a million questions like a type A crazy lady. We did A LOT of comparison shopping. Not only was move in a breeze, but the management left us a very lavish and personal welcome basket which even included mugs with our initials in them! Also the office was shut for New Years and the weekend we moved in, but still the instructions were clear and the process was painless. I don’t think I’ve ever received this warm a welcome for an apartment and it was spotless when we moved in. (And I’m picky about that). Rach
