The Q Topanga Apartments

Hands down, had such an amazing experience touring The Q. From the moment I walked in, everything felt really elevated and well put together. The units are gorgeous, the amenities are truly next-level, and the location is real hard to beat. Huge shout out to Rita, who took me on the guided tour. She was an absolute gem! She was extremely kind and knowledgable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make this experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares and takes pride in what she does, which made all the difference. Between the beautiful apartment units, all the amenities, and the location, this place really stands out. Touring here felt exciting instead overwhelming, and thats 100% thanks to the energy and care Rita brought to the experience.. HIGHLY recommend ch

It's impossible to speak with someone regarding leasing. during posted business hours. I drove 45 minutes to get here and doors are locked no concierge. finally he opens the door and i asked for the leasing office then he says, oh he just went over to our other location not far from here. when i get there they are out to lunch! left a message with concierge for them to call me back. nobody called back. I had a pet policy question. The last thing i want now is to move here. nothing will ever get done. poor management, at least in my experience today! Please don't reply like the other reviews of you having no record of my visit, maybe if you were there you would!

Rita was amazing! She showed me the apartments and the building and had such great energy throughout the tour. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend touring with her!

My experience with Rita at the leasing office at the Q Topanga was amazing. From start to finish she answered all of our questions and was very involved with the entire process. Rita was phenomenal and glad we had such a pleasant experience with her! Couldn’t recommend her more go see Rita if you want top tier service. Thank you Rita you’re awesome!

Loving 🥰 life at the Q in Topanga!! Really special space that caters to a good life. Here visiting and really enjoy the gracious concierge with roomy and breezy SoCal vibe. Lots of happy people and superb styling. Great apartment lifestyle home. It’s very inviting and supremely delighting. A great place to visit and a wonderful space to call home. Special.
