Very disappointing experience. We had a confirmed appointment for 11:00 AM on Saturday, but no one from the leasing office or concierge was there when we arrived. We called customer service and the residential office, but no one answered. Later, reaching out multiple times we got connected to the customer support told us someone would come shortly, but after waiting for an hour, nobody showed up. We were genuinely interested in the building, but this left a very poor first impression.

My girlfriend and I moved in here in August 2025. Andresa toured us and was warm and welcoming, and to my surprise, still remembers my name months later. We’d recommend this community for its value, amenities, and close proximity to the city and transit. Plus being next to great golf at granite links never hurts.

James, maintenance guy is an absolute pro. Super responsive, easy to communicate with, and always finds a solution without making it complicated. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and honest. Makes renting a place way less stressful knowing he’s just a call away. 10/10 recommend.

We just moved in and had an issue with our hot water. James came the next day and ordered a new part. He was so kind and genuine, I look forward to living here knowing James is here to fix any problems we may have. Thank you!

Fantastic little carved out area away from the noise of the city to live while still being easily commutable by car. Lots of nature trails and a great golf course near by, but not a lot of easily accessible public transportation. The units themselves are in good condition, and come with lots of nice amenities. In-unit laundry, central heating/cooling, fully furnished kitchen, on-site maintenance crew that rocks and quickly resolves any issues you have. Gina, Andresa, and Nadia were all very helpful throughout my application process, and have diligently assisted me with everything I have needed since moving in.
