Eddie and Ramon did an incredible job replacing my dishwasher and kitchen faucet! They were professional, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. ​It is clear they take pride in their work; they didn't just rush through the repairs, but made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Having such a reliable and friendly maintenance team makes living here a great experience.

Came by and had Jacob was great! He walked us around to check out some aparments. The 3bed/2bath was excellent! Great office space! Very large pool area and great location. Close to really good restuarants, coffee shops, etc. Highly recommend!

While the rent at this apartment complex is more affordable compared to others in the area, future tenants should be aware of a serious humidity issue. The apartment had excessive moisture that was not adequately addressed, and over time it caused significant damage. Unfortunately, my mom ended up having to throw away clothes, furniture, and other personal belongings due to mold and humidity-related damage. This was extremely stressful and costly for her. If you’re considering living here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about humidity control, ventilation, and mold prevention before signing a lease. The lower price may not be worth the long-term damage and loss.

I arrived in advance to my appointment. I called office 200 to let them know I arrived to be told I was at the wrong address, after walking up and down staircases. I checked my maps and found I put in the correct address. I started over and arrived at another destination. I called the office again because I did not see any visible or wayfinding address. I was on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called again and was half way home and still on hold. Maybe they do not need me as a patient.
