When I reported loud roommates, Michaela told me to call the after-hours number which is the same as the regular number and no one answers. I requested a transfer awhile ago with no response. Our apartment was recently charged a $25 fee for garbage left outside the apartment, yet I live with dirty roommates who refuse to take out trash or leaves trash outside for days. I keep my own separate trash and have repeatedly complained to management and tried resolving it directly with my roommates nothing has changed. The office crew is very helpful and professional, willing to assist with any questions I had. The apartments were spacious and very clean. Each room comes furnished and ready to move in. Perfect for the college student.

The property manager was very unprofessional and rude to my god-daughter. She made derogatory and racial remarks under her breath towards my god-daughter for being of Native American decent. I was around the corner where the property manager couldn’t see me and I heard her phone call with another office personnel. I voiced my opinion to my god-daughter’s mother that I did not think this would be a good fit for her daughter. Fast forward 2 weeks, we had to break the lease and move my god-daughter out abruptly because the property manager was verbally attacking my god-daughter for asking about maintenance updates. The entire staff, from the front desk all the way up to management, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely devoid of empathy. It’s clear that the culture of disrespect and indifference starts at the top and trickles down through every level of their business. They consistently take advantage of students who are often in vulnerable situations, knowing that we may not have the time, resources, or options to fight back.
