Went 45 days without AC at our office. We let our property manager, Neal, know about the issue right away. Over the month and a half, he either ignored us or responded with non-answers that only elongated our time without air conditioning. When it was time to move out, we had plans to meet Neal and the leasing agent to turnover keys. I was told I had to meet with Neal for the turnover. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for Neal, finally called, and he said his meeting ran over and he didn't plan to come. If you're looking for a property management group, I would steer clear of PGPM.

Thank you to the owner of the providence group for the rapid response, we tried to exercise the option of providing our number to the property manager so she can provide to the new tenants, to coordinate a pick up of the property but she quickly talked over us, and said she could not. We provided that option only after we asked if we can receive the new tenants phone number and she turned that down. We have handed over the information you provided to the scheduling department. They will be in contact with you and your company again thank you for your rapid response and for providing a solution to take care of this matter.

I wrote a review on how this group did not pay us and they immediately called me back to understand the issue and take care of it. The recover is great, and the time they are spending on helping us get paid for the work we did. There was a third party that hired us, took a payment from Providence Group and then decided to keep the money instead of paying us, his subs, (Eric Halili, Rebrand lifestyle) Thank you Providence group for working with small trade businesses such as ours. We have many compaies use our service and then neglect to pay us or decide not to. This is destroying our small business and costing us our business more money, and almost forcing us to close our doors. I gave it 1 ⭐️ only because I couldn’t give zero I had been trying to speak to someone in the office for 2 1/2 weeks. Every time I call I gets the same recording from Cortney being away from her desk or on another line. Have left messages no return calls I stopped calling. I am looking for a commercial building this might be a sign for me to stay away. Have a great day!
