The Property Network

The Property Network team has been very professional and thoughtful in managing the property that our family calls home. Though we have had only a few issues, anything that we have brought to the attention of Paul and his team was resolved quickly, professionally, and completely. I was a home owner for many years in San Francisco, so I am particular about rentals. The Property Network worked with us to find a great house that was ideal for our large family in Almaden Valley and it truly feels like home. Thanks Paul, Kari and Team Property Network!

Makes unathorized repairs, our contract clearly states no more then $500.00 without permission and her spent over $3000.00 on reapirs. He took down my expensive wood shutters instead of repairing them and replaced with cheap plastic blinds after I told him in writing not to do that. I have been with him for 2 months now and have not received any money for rent for either month. I do not recommend him to anyone. He is not quick to respond to text messages and doesn't communicate well in general.

From the time we viewed the spot, the communication with management has been stellar! We moved in and there were some issues and Angel was so helpful. Within a day we had a solution for most everything. Only complaints is that it seemed the condo didn’t have a proper cleaning before as there is still stuff from the previous tenant. Luckily management is working on that as well! We are very happy with our decision here!

Paul and Jeff and team at Property Network have been incredible in our home sale. They have worked with needed contractors, painters and staging company, so we wouldn’t have to do that ourselves. They went to the home many, many times…not just to sell us on their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home!
