The Property Management Specialist

I have been renting from this company for over 4 years. Any issue I have had with the beautiful townhome was handled promptly. I came home one Sunday morning and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I took a picture & sent the picture to the phone number provided. Within 3 hours I got a call from the contracter and the following morning they arrived at my townhome with a New hot water heater to be installed. This is a professional company that offers a great service. If you are looking to rent a place in the central Florida area Debbie & her team offer a great value & exceptional service. Keep up the great work

I thank God for Debbie, Terri, Carol, Rebacca and all the team members. We have been renting the house through their help since 2019, the most faithful and effective service that I have had. Each time, I texted, or called, Debbie always responded and fixed the problem, the team were excellent and professional. My husband and I are thankful for God's guidance to meet Terri in the beginning, then Debbie, Carol, Rebacca and team members. they are beautiful, spiritual sisters in Christ that we can pray and share our concerns together. Jesus is the way, life and truth. When we trust God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, He made a way for us. God used their hands to help and support us in time of needs. We thank God for them.

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the team at The Property Management Specialist, and I have to say, the staff is truly respectful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Every conversation has been professional, kind, and solution-focused. They really take their time to listen and make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s rare to see a property management company where the whole team genuinely cares, but they definitely do. Highly recommend working with them.

WORST property management company I have ever had to deal with!! I notified them several times that the vinyl staircase in my townhouse was cracking and becoming unsafe. They completely disregarded all of my messages. As a result, the stairs eventually fully cracked while I was on them and I was sent tumbling down the flight. I reached out to them to let them know the injuries I sustained (I had to seek medical care at the emergency room) and Debbie Alder (head manager) rudely insinuated it was my fault I fell bc I “used a broken stair.” My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs!! So tell me Debbie, how can I avoid using the stairs???? She also deflected the blame onto me by saying I should’ve followed up on the work order. My family have been renting now for over four years with The Property Management Specialist. As you can imagine that amount of time a lot of things can happen in a house appliances stop working And on and on the list goes. Debbie, Carolyn, and everyone else have always been great to us and I say this comparing to many people I know that have used other companies that just don’t seem to answer or show any care in the world!
