Been in Vegas over 20 years & have always rented so my rating is based on comparison of my experiences in town. The Property Group not only helped me locate a residence in an extremely specific location I desired on a short notic. They also have absolutely bent over backwards to fix any repairs that have come up in my 3 years with them. 120+July last year? AC unit repaired bright and early the next day! Plugged drain in shower? Plumber at my door the next morning! Garbage disposal stopped working, handy man was able to quickly identify the issue and repair. It's not just the repairs, the office staff has also always been helpful. Special thanks to Debbie for always being willing to take the time to assist with all of my issues over the years.

I rented a house from them from 2011 to 2018. Always paid my rent on time, but when I would ask for service or it was time to get the swamp coolers working because it was over 90 degrees they would take their time on all aspects of upkeep. My house caught fire in December of 2016 and it took them 4 months to redo my living room! I needed to move my mom in from the nursing home and they knew this but still wouldn't get the work done. My mom passed away while I waited for my other half of my house with the extra bedroom to be opened up. It was closed off half my house because of the fire in my flute because they never cleaned the chimney out as part of the maintenance in my lease. They also in 2018 sold the house out from I see me and I was forced out leaving my belongings behind with nowher

I was a tenant for almost five years and never missed a payment and asked for one maintenance call in that time. When I got orders and had to move out I spent almost my entire security deposit getting my house professionally cleaned after moving out and they still took a chunk of my deposit for "landscaping". This was after I had the landscaping professionally done as well. They never let me know that the landscaping was not up to their standards after I moved out and just took it out of my security deposit. When asked why they didn't contact me about the landscaping I was told that she didn't have time. My reward for being a good tenant. Avoid renting from these guys.

I rented from The Property Group for a year and a half, was never late on my rent...never called to have anything fixed. I had the property professionally cleaned and touched up on move-out then was charged $480 for repairs of things that were exactly how the home was given to me, cleaning (which I have receipts for), and landscaping which I did myself the day I left the keys for the management company. I left the property much cleaner than when I rented it especially the oven which couldn't even be turned on without the smoke alarms going off when I moved in. I am extremely upset and would urge no one to use this company...there are much more honest property management companies in town.
