The Preserve on Goodpasture

Living at The Preserve has been the best! Not only is it high quality construction and modern design, it boasts some of the BEST amenities - having a dog wash station, bike storage, full functioning hot tub and a gym! We have yet to play pickleball but plan to in the summer. The management, leasing and maintenance teams are also fantastic. Tony in maintenance is literally smiling every time you see him and does excellent work with superb communication. Not only is the facility great, the location is perfect to hop on the river trails, is a really quiet neighborhood and you are still super close to shopping and such. If you are on the fence, think no further and sign up here!!!

We’ve lived at the preserve for over a year, the apartments are very modern and beautiful. Great amenities, maintenance staff are nice and quick to help. Surrounding areas are great for daily walks. Would recommend!

Writing this review for all the people that are moving to Eugene from out of state and have read the horrible reviews about apartment complexes in Eugene. The Preserve is your SAVING GRACE. Where do I even begin?! We moved to Eugene from LA 5 months ago and have been blessed with nothing but help, support, and constant communication. I didn’t get to see the specific apartment that we live in now, but as soon as the previous tenants were out, I was sent pictures and videos of the unit and they even took measurements for our furniture to make sure it would fit. We didn’t make it to Eugene before the office closed for the night, so they set us up with the LuxerOne mailbox to make sure we were able to get our keys that night. Moved in at the beginning of December and have been blown away by all the amenities, staff and the community. We love the location, the hot tub, access to E-bikes, the gym and our apartment is so spacious and cozy. We love the inclusivity and the intentionality that the preserve put into making us feel at home. We love it here!

We’ve been living in this condominium for two years, and we absolutely love it! The facilities are fantastic—modern, clean, and always well maintained. The reception staff is incredible: super friendly, professional, and always welcoming. They really make this an amazing place to live!
