The Preserve Central Park

My sister is a student that has lived in the complex for a year. This is the 3rd time she has water leaking from the light in her ceiling. She is a type 1 diabetic with a a service dog. Due to the rust and odor from the water leaking she has been unable to have her dog at her apartment with her. Maintenance keeps saying that they have fixed the problem but it has just gotten progressively worse. When will they realize how dangerous this??? Electrical wiring and water are not meant to come in contact. Mold is likely growing behind the drywall and putting an already immunocompromised individual at risk. Not to mention the fact that she had homeless people approach her in the parking lot, belligerent strange men bang on her door in the middle of the night, and had to call to call the cops mul

The leasing agent was kind (hence an extra star), but I saw two units that they consider move-in ready. Filthy toilets, roach egg casings, signs of possible mold-like substance, and the real winner: human feces in a common walkway area. See photos.

We ended up finding a great apartment at Davis Square apts close by at 903 Romeria...karen convey was the leasing agent she was so very helpfully
