The Preserve at Whispering Woods

My boyfriend and i just signed our lease for here, but i thought it was extremely important to note how WONDERFUL Karie has been to work with. she answered ever single tiny question we had. repeated herself to me asking the same questions without hesitation. we visited multiple apartments in the same day and Karie STOOD OUT to us and has remained helpful since we have seen her. i have so much confidence that the staff here is outstanding. Thank you karie and i hope your work is recognized daily

We have lived here for about 5 months, the apartments are beautiful and since the winter has hit the parking lot and sidewalks are maintained well with salt & snow removal. Unfortunately I don’t have anything else positive to say as we’ve been here for a short amount of time. But the reason we are rating a 1 star regardless of everything said is we feel we are constantly ignored when it comes to anything we need completed such as maintenance requests. We noticed in October our heat was not working properly, we waited patiently for a week or 2 and reached out again, maintenance did come look at it and tried to fix the heat, we were then told they would come back the next day to check again.. nobody came the next day. Not a shock that the heating issue was not fixed. It is now January 19th

If you want a nice apartment where maintenance requests go unanswered despite what you pay, this is the place 😊!! When my apartment flooded on Jan 29th I had to repeatedly text and email just to get updates. Now that I’ve moved back in, as of Feb 20th I’m dealing with damaged furniture (from the renovation) and a broken washer. I’ve texted and gone to the leasing office several times, and no one seems to have a solution or answers to my questions. The apartments are nice, but unless your issue involves paying rent, you’ll be waiting a while for someone to respond.

Brand new construction, less than 6 months old, and the pipes are constantly frozen already. Don't waste your time or money unless you plan on using this as a glorified storage unit in the winter.

Karie King is the most professional, delightful, amazing, knowledgeable and wonderful manager I have ever encountered. I plan on moving in the summer, and I can't Thank Karie enough for helping me. She is the best.
