The Preserve at Travis Creek Apartments

I just renewed my lease after living here for a year. This community is lovely and feels like a little slice of paradise just minutes from city life. As a single woman I feel very safe here, especially because it’s gated at night. There have been a couple of times my car was rummaged through, but that’s because I’m really forgetful about locking my car sometimes (and, unfortunately, I think that’s hard for the course in any apartment complex). The most recent thing I am very pleased with is that I put in a request for a new bathtub and shower tile because the original one had been painted over before I moved in. Not only did they try to take the issue with it, but they swiftly scheduled the renovation. I just got home from work and I’m so excited about my new bathtub and fresh tile! The v

I lived at the Preserve for 3 years and my overall experience is positive. The location and cost of living with the amenities is pretty much unbeatable. There are loads of trails and some of the units feel like they are nestled in the trees with private views. My unit had vaulted ceiling with a view to the trees facing east. It caught really nice morning sun. Overall the complex is quiet - except the pool and pickle ball courts from time to time which is to be expected. My apartment was not brand new and I did not expect it to be based on the cost of rent. The maintenance staff was helpful and courteous for whatever fixes that needed to be made. The management staff are all very nice and helpful, though there does seem to be some communication breakdown from time to time. Nothing t

I love my apartment at the preserve. When I signed on, Marian was super helpful in getting me videos of the apartment to help me get a better idea of the space. She went out of her way to record a walk-through of the apartment so I could make a decision quicker. I've been in this apartment since 2024 and I've loved every second. The only issues I've had were all resolved by the staff in a timely manner. I don't want to leave.

Zoey was so wonderful and such a big help! She was so personable and answered every question we had. The property is gorgeous and has SO many amazing amenities. The apartments are so clean and everything is well kept. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

In my opinion, after 3+ years living here I think this place truly has everything that you desire . The trails around the property are amazing ( just be careful you can see rabbits, coyotes or snakes), the amenities are amazing and really well maintained. They had change leasing stuff but always improving!!! I have to point at Chris from Maintenance for doing an excellent work and always give me a hand with anything on my unit!
