The Preserve at Emerald Villas

I'm moved into my apartment two months ago. From the beginning, everyone and everything was and still is professional. Kudos to Ms. Barbara who welcomed me warmly. All issues were promptly addressed and attended to. Kudos also to the maintenance staff, Ms. M and Mr. E. Every area is clean, just the way I like it. God showed me His favor when I applied for residence. Again, thank you Ms. Barbara for going above and beyond and making the process easy, friendly and professional. Thank you.

As a current resident of The Preserve, I can honestly testify to the warmth, caring and trustworthy attention that I receive from its manager, Ms. Barbara and her staff. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and courteous, even patient with me when I ask questions about repairs. The bldg is well maintained and the bonus of the place is it's weekly activities for the seniors that dwell here. I joke to my friends that I stay at a hotel because of the cultivated feel and look of The Preserve. This is definitely one of the top places for seniors in Orlando to reside.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I recently helped my mom get moved in and Cherelle helped us every step of the way. She was very professional and efficient. My mom has been moved in for about a week and any requests that she’s made, within reason, have been fulfilled in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who may be getting wiser and is looking for a nice place that allows them to keep their independence. Again, this place is amazing!!

Cherelle is an exceptional manager My first interaction with Cherelle was when I drove nearly 200 miles to apply for the 55+ apartment. She bent backwards for me thus enable me to complete the application. In the process I discovered a warm and caring young lady. She is well suited for the position that you entrusted in her. I very much appreciate knowing such a manager is taking care of me.

A wonderful place to live. Ryan and tario? are so helpful and keep our homes clean and safe. We have deputies at night that patrol. I feel extremely fortunate to live here. Ryan is a true blessing, he stops to say hi, he is kind and willing to help with letting the office know when we have concerns. The office staff are so sweet, helpful. I haven’t needed much, but when I have, they responded promptly.
