My husband and I have lived at the Preserve at Dunwoody for about 5 years and we love it. The amenities are nice and we really like how close we are to the hiking trails at Island Ford. The staff is great, and the maintenance crew is nothing but pleasant. Anytime we’ve had a service issue it has been handled within a 24 hour period. If your looking for a comfortable place to stay definitely consider the Preserve

I've been a resident at The Preserve for nearly 3 years, and I can't say enough good things about Latrelle, our leasing agent and property manager. She's been absolutely incredible in her role. Every time my toddler and I run into her—whether we're admiring the flowers around the leasing office or playing with autumn leaves—she comes out to greet us with such warmth. She always fusses over my little one, brightening our day and making this community truly feel like home. The maintenance team is top-notch too; they respond to any issues within 24 hours and get everything fixed efficiently. The tenant screening process must be excellent because the neighbors are mellow, the atmosphere is quiet, and there's zero drama. I had a wonderful tour…the apartments are so beautiful. My tour guide, I think her name was Latrelle was helpful and sweet. She was very detailed on everything I need to know. I love how they sit near the lake and how they have residents events they host in the clubhouse, which is beautiful. I am definitely applying here! I can’t wait!!!!!

The amenities are great, but honestly, what I love most is my home. It’s where I spend the most time, and the square footage for the cost is unmatched in this area. That value is a big reason I’ve stayed. The Preserve is genuinely one of the best communities in the area, and that’s why I’ve chosen to renew. The leasing team has always been professional and does their best to work with your situation whenever possible. A special thank you to Ivan for going above and beyond for my family during my renewal — it truly made a difference. It’s hard to leave a place like this, which is why I’m still here.
