I had been looking at several Homes and Townhouses in the Albertville St Michael area. What set The Preserve at Albertville apart from the rest was the professional, knowledgeable and courteous Leasing Assistant Manager Holly Morgel. Holly showed me several homes and was kind knowledgeable and professional from touring the homes to the Leasing options etc. When it came to the lease everything was explained in detail with no surprises. I love my home and the staff and neighborhood are awesome. And the garages are 26 feet deep. You won't find that in any townhouse.
So responsive, helpful, friendly, and such caring staff! They really do make it a small little community within the larger Albertville community. I'm so happy here and it's been such a wonderful change for my kids and myself.
The best management of any apartment complex. The team is always available, willing to help, and they respond as soon as possible. I would highly recommend moving here if you, or your family, enjoy being take care of. I am so happy I chose to join Element at Valley West.
Management has went out of their out way to accommodate both my roommate and I. Also, very impressed with the promptness of maintenance to fix any issues (Thanks Darren)
Had a few issues with our fridge upon move in and they were quick to take care of it. Staff is very kind and helpful.
