First apartment hall on second level smells horrible and has for a year now. Friend of mine applied there and was denied in my opinion on discriminatory terms. Management literally said reason she was denied is cause there trying to clean the place up a bit. Maybe try with literal cleaning first. Heavy odors of weed linger outside the building as well.
Pheasant ridge apartments have gotten a lot worse in the last yr & 1/2 from the management to staff to a small group of unsavory residents.Otherwise I would give 5 stars.I Love my home.Many fellow neighbors are great people and Albertville has a great sense of community!
Real quiet place kinda a creepy name for a town though because it sounds a bit like a horror movie albertville
I’m hoping to move in soon I’m just waiting on a call back very nice and clean can’t wait to live there
