Maintenance is very lazy every other week emails are sent out laundry mat closed for a month is terrible for the units that doesn’t come with washer and dryers which is crazy we have to depend on the community equipment that’s barely accessible Ms. Ersla is the best she always picks up during business hours as she should also it’s best to leave the tenants Alone when the tenants knows what’s going on with the workers in the rent office a lot of illegal things!!! Only a matter of time before someone speaks up

Despite the area, I had a good stay at this apartment. It was affordable for me And the leasing staff members were very pleasant

Miss Evans did an amazing job of helping me with the process of moving into my apartment & my paperwork ,touring, everything was very professional, smooth and nice

The maintenance man, is really reliability, efficient and he handled a variety of tasks. He has a positive attitude, and he fixed my appliances and sink in a timely manner and did a great job. I appreciate that.

I felt so badly about my phone disconnecting on Mrs. Linda, so I made it a point to speak to her personally and apologize for my misbehaving phone. She was so polite and sweet to me. I also spoke to the security officer who also was kind and greeted me with a smile. I would like to be a resident hopefully. This is a chance to get a fresh start for me. I explored the property and felt comfortable. Mrs. Linda was very thorough and explained the process correctly. This is where I would love to be. Right in the city of the A!!!!!
