It was a rough start here for sure. My Place was not quite move in ready as promised and i was quite emotional about it which is why my last review was so bad. I am back to change my review from a one star to a 4 star only because nothing is perfect and everything and everyone can always do some improving. My apartment looks so much better after all the work was put into it. I got a classic unit, which i did not expect to be so "classic" because I toured an upgraded unit and did not realize how different they would be. Bonnie put some vary necessary upgrades into mine and had her team working in my unit for two weeks straight to get it done. TLDR: Renting sucks, landlords here suck, we want to die and are temporarily displaced from our apartment In early march, we noticed that there was water leaking out of our kitchen wall. Uh oh! So we called maintenance. They were out very quickly, thankfully, told us that the leak was happening in the unit above us, and they'd take care of it tomorrow. Cool! Except- Then they came again, cut a hole in the wall, and decided the leak was actually coming from our toilet. They replaced our toilet, not fixed, said there was a leak, from the toilet, 'fixed' that... Surprise! The wall was still leaking. I told them time and time again that the leak had to be coming from upstairs. Ignored, dismissed. 2 months of water coming from the wall. Every day. Fast forward to April 28th. I call them, tell t

In the last two years this place has gone downhill so fast. The maintenance department's turnover is ridiculous, and now we're without a property manager because she's "no longer with us," whatever that's supposed to mean. There are many, many issues with the property itself, let alone the issues in the apartments. We had two drawers in the kitchen replaced last week, and the "new" ones are worse than the broken ones! I don't think this maintenance person knows what he's doing, and yes, I pointed out to him before he left that I didn't think they were installed correctly. He told me, "They're ok for now." The gutters were cleaned (blown) out the other day, and now we have wet leaves and mud all over our back patio and mud splatters all over the outside of my office window. If we could affo

This place has gone from bad to worse. The dog poop bins are overflowing constantly and the poop bags just gather in piles on the ground. There is dog poop on the sidewalks (be careful where you step) in the complex so flies gather everywhere. They charge for parking spots and then allow hired construction, carpet, and lawncare workers to park in tenant spots. They do not answer the office phone, and screen all calls. The trash receptacle is a constant chaotic, smelly mess. Painting the complex was pretty much putting lipstick on a pig. I've brought up these issues with office personnel and nothing gets resolved.
