The Pointe Conway

The Pointe is a pretty nice complex. At first it was a little rough because of maintenance but since they’ve hired new employees it’s been a lot better. It’s gated, they renovated the pool, office, gym and it looks much better. Carly in the leasing office has been a been a big help and is extremely friendly. All in all not the best place but definitely would rent again.

This place is falling apart. I had no a/c for month and half in Aug(100°+ weather!). 3 tickets, same issues, and maintenence wouldn't fix it until they called someone who knew what they was doing. The pool is closed more than it is opened. Secured gated communtiy? Ya ok. Holes all in the fence they wont fix which people come through and break into vehicles. Cameras? Ya those dont work with trees in the way. Pedestrian gates always left open. High speed internet for $75..didnt know 7.75 is high speed. And we cant cancel to get our own internet. Power goes out for a second, don't expect internet for retest of the day. Takes hours for then to get it back up. Mold everywhere! Have it tested before you move in! They will move you in to mold infested apartment and act like they didn't know anyt

had no ac for MONTHS and management knew and always said “we’re sending someone over now” and of course no one came. we finally got it fixed one day because someone from the cabot location was here for extra maintenance help. our kitchen light has been out for months too and we have submitted request after request and called so many times and NO ONE has come. the only thing we had done with that was when a maintenance guy came in to “fix” it, took the fixture down and said he’d be back with another one to replace it. he never came back and now we have no working light and no fixture in our kitchen. our patio door has been broken since january (long story) and management was made aware as soon as it happened or soon after, and it’s now July 10th and our door is still broken and we have to h

Wonderful apartments with a great maintenance team! Everyone is very friendly and nice to talk to

I absolutely love living here! Beautiful place and the office ladies are always so welcoming and professional. The maintenance guys are very helpful and go beyond for my family. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Only complaint is the internet could be better 😃 I would give 6 stars if I could.
