Gotta agree. Way overpriced. I think Pahlisch has an attractive product but they are literally all the same and, where they used to be part of the community, they've been bit by the greedy bug and now appeal to all those moving to the area and think 50-75K over the market for something new is a deal. Also, have noticed corners being cut that had not been an issue in previous projects by this developer. Still an attractive product, odd entrance - especially when an event is at the conversion center (which is ALOT now) Overall, overpricing and underdelivering on quality is biting the hand that helped build its reputation in the community. Unfortunate.
Great spot aong the Deschuttes river for condo and walking trail. Bend has really changed. Its like Portland was in the 70s.
