The Pointe at Palm Bay

Beautiful place to live, management team is friendly, maintenance team is responsive and the grounds are kept clean apartments are modern and cozy and the amenities are well taken care of. And as a plus the views are the best !

I just renewed my lease at The Pointe and here is why: I have been here for 2 years (since they opened) and first off, the location is nice and off the main road so it’s a quiet property. Friendly neighbors who you see working out and using the amenities. I often grab my coffee in the Clubhouse and spend time at the pool. I’m so happy they extended the hours of the Clubhouse as well since I moved in! Maintenance are quick to answer requests and you see them working on the property’s appearance. The pet park is another area they have improved since I moved in by adding benches, so it’s more enjoyable to bring my dog over to run around for longer periods of time. There are a lot of friendly pet owners here too! Place has definitely filled up since the beginning..

I never leave reviews for anything, but this place was awful the entire time we were there. Property management changed, two shootings on property and the office denied it, we had a dealer living under us who got busted at 4am hearing cops responding, all audio recorded on our baby monitor. We recorded the sounds of gunshots and the complex still denied that there was a safety issue. Tried breaking my lease early due to the ongoing safety issues, the first property manager was charging me 7000 to break my lease and cause corporate won’t do anything for the security until something actually happens to someone. Not even cameras in the parking lot. I had packages stolen multiple times and when I asked if someone can view the cameras at the office I was always told no. There wasn’t enough loc

Living here at The Pointe at Palm Bay has been a fantastic experience since I moved in as part of the first batch of residents. The application process was incredibly fast - it only took me less than 6 hours to get approved with all the necessary documents. Vanessa and Cody, the staff here, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process, which is a big plus compared to other places I applied to that were slow and impersonal. The location is ideal, with proximity to everything you need, from grocery stores and restaurants to the post office. Since the complex just opened in November 2023, everything is brand new and feels luxurious. I moved in 4 days ago. The move in process was seamless and the office staff is kind. My unit appeared clean, but when you take a closer look it wasn’t cleaned properly. Not to mention it’s infested with roaches. This is my first apartment on my own and the roaches are enough for me to decide that I won’t be renewing, which is sad because I like the property otherwise. I know that it’s Florida, but none of the reviews mentioned roaches so I thought I was in the clear. I would’ve liked a heads up at least. 😢 **UPDATE** They allowed me to move to another/bigger unit without any additional cost to me. They also honored the month of free rent. They truly care about my experience here, which is hard to find with apartment complexes these days.
