The Pointe at Cupertino Apartments

overall good experience in past with responsive , professional maintenance service, clean community with good condition for pools and basketball course,. but latest Aug continuous car wheel theft(at least 2) make all resident feel unsecured with big concern. No camera, no night patrol, no real effective method to keep our property safe. I met the crying couple in the garage who lost their car wheel yesterday, it is such a tragedy and feel helpless ! Cupertino is among top ranking secure city in US, why our community keep happing car theft while we pay the rent in time ? I would consider other location if these theft cases continue to happen

Is there an apartment in the Cupertino area with good elementary, middle, and high school districts and such good facilities? We toured several houses while looking for a rental in this area a month ago. The similar or more expensive houses in the surrounding area were either too old, had no air conditioning, or the houses felt very cold. While continuing to look for a house, I came across Pointe Apartments and we signed a contract right away. The contract for our previous house in Sunnyvale had one month remaining, but we liked this house so much that we signed the contract right away. As we moved leisurely for a month, we became increasingly satisfied with our choice. I thought I had a good experience here until I moved out. They began charging me for a $250 cleaning fee for a some dust and small stuff. They charge ~$4000| month and then they can’t fix their own cleaning for the next customer. Pretty sure my unit was dirty when I moved in, but I was too nice to complain. I could have left the whole unit I cleaned if I knew their charge me. Also, one day before my moving day, the lock wouldn’t lock the front door, but it said code expired. No wonder people move out from here, and cross the street. The maintenance person have been great, and always fixed everything on-time and service-minded.

Really excited to live here! We just toured the property and signed a lease. Sam and David in the office are so great. The apartments are beautiful as are the grounds.

I've been living here over two years. This community has an excellent management team. Whenever I have something broken, they always resolved the issue within 24 hours. Most of the time, I filed the ticket in the morning, and the management team came to my home to fix the things in the afternoon. They are the most efficient team I have ever met. And recently we have some security issues. Some of my friends' cars wheels are stolen. However, I am satisfied with how they handled the problems. Our community manager responded very fast. After we reported the issues, they hired the patrol security guards within 1-2 weeks. Those guards come during the nights. I already encountered them several times.
