Main Street Cupertino Lofts

I lived at the community for several years. It was a wonderful experience starting with the excellent management. They were always so responsive and friendly and would go above and beyond with anything that would come up. They put on wonderful events and would truly make all residents feel a strong sense of community and home. The Maintenance and cleaning crew was amazing and respectful as well. They were so responsive and communicated well with when they would be stopping by and would either wear shoe covers or take off their shoes when they came in. The overall environment was always very clean, friendly, quiet, safe, bright, and the scent of the building always smelled nice too. The Lofts on Main Street has the best management and events for their tenants. Second year in a row I attended the Chritmas Jingle Bell Hop which is a visit to the local restaurants in Main Street, holiday drinks and food provided by the Lofts. Alexander's, Pineapple Thai, Eureka, Orens Hummus, and the Lazy Dog. We frolicked and enjoyed from 6PM to Midnight! Great fun 20+ Tenants joined. Great way to get to know your neighbors in quality casual settings. All organized by the fabulous management Carol and Natalie. Great place to live with quality events adding to a complex with great lifestyle!

A Heartfelt Thank You for a Wonderful Community Experience! To Carol, Natalie, My husband and I attended the recent International Potluck neighborhood gathering, and we were truly delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was wonderful to see everyone come together with such a fantastic array of potluck-style dishes. A special thank you to Carol and Natalie for being such gracious and enthusiastic hosts. Gatherings like this are invaluable. They make our community feel like a true home by connecting neighbors from all different backgrounds. We'd also like to take this moment to commend the excellent management. During our stay, our dishwasher broke down, and the maintenance team resolved the issue promptly within 48 hours. Very poor service and communication, Natalie just sitting there and doing nothing, every time I go leasing office , Either she say she didn’t know what to do for the problem, or yelling blame me about everything! She’s kind of like Queen, standing up for people’s head.

I know the two people that left bad reviews recently under the names Jay P. & Liana. They are a couple and my neighbors and are really rude to everyone including the staff. It’s a shame that they write such bad things about everyone (you can see from her other reviews how mean she is) I try to avoid them. But what I want to say is that I love living here, I work nearby so I can walk if I want to. The restaurants and cafes are amazing (my favorites are 85 bakery and Nirvana Soul) Finally I want to say that the staff here is really great. Especially the Office team Natalie and Carol. They do special parties for us every few months and are very attentive in person and by email when I need anything. Other places I have been have not had such good customer service. I truly appreciate it here.
