The Podium Apartments

I lived at the Podium for three years. The whole time I was there my neighbors in the whole apartment building were friendly, courteous, and helpful. My car has never been treated so well with parking out of the weather and protected by security. If my apartment needed attention or I had a concern, management responded graciously and immediately. Management is phenomenal. I will miss living at the Podium. It is such a pleasant wonderful place to live. Mary Edwards

The manager Ashley and the staff at the Podium were always very attentive and friendly. There were never any issues with maintenance, proper notice, etc. Everything was spelled out very clearly and communicated well in advance. I would definitely recommend the Podium as a great place to live in Cupertino. Great central location and nice apartments.

We stayed for 9 years from 2013 to 2022 and had a very good time here. I recommend these apartments. Positives: --Great views from the patios (higher floors) --Friendly and responsive staff. --Big patios in some houses (so choose wisely) --Common hot water supply allowing you to shower as long as you want without running out of hot water even during peak hours. --Nice garden area in the middle. --Covered cool parking area which is great in summer (with the option of getting a free second parking if it's available) --Elementary (Eaton) and Middle school (Lawson) are about half a mile away, easy walking distance; Cupertino High school is a bit farther away. --Library and its park are 0.3 miles away. --Grocery stores are nearby. Downsides: --Washer & Dryer are outside the house in a common

Don't go on the outer paints and new sun deck, pool chairs which they replaced after old ones were broken, lost their structure and disgusting. It's like lipstick on a pig. I moved out for 2 reasons: 1) excessive fridge noise in my unit. Not sure why, but it was really loud to my breaking point. 2) This particular unit #201 gets excessively hot, over 100F inside. If A/C isn't on all day during summer, you can't survive. Pros: Location, On site Management and Maintenance. The staff is responsive and efficient. Two stars for these pros only. Cons: not in any particular order 1) They don't allow people to hang wreaths, Diwali hangings, any religious hangings, pictures at your door. YOU are paying for space. 2)Old apartments.
