The Pointe at Concord

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to recognize Mya because she’s been great every time we’ve interacted. She’s always welcoming, easy to talk with, and just makes you feel comfortable. You notice the people living here really care about what they do, and she definitely stands out. The place itself is always kept up nicely, but it’s the friendly staff that make it feel like a real community. Really appreciate the positive attitude and professionalism here.

First off I want to say this is a wonderful place for the short term. Beautiful amenities and pet friendly for the dogs and cats. Management was pretty nice and welcoming and the new lady they have at the front is very sweet. Strong smells of weed around the complex at times which is annoying . I can’t complain about noise or stomping because people it’s an apartment! The washer shakes like a hurricane and from talking with other residents it’s a common issue . Maintenance is not very good . They’re fast to respond but it’s definitely a landlord special fix. Nothing negative or hurtful just truth honesty from my experience. My wife and 2 boys been living here for 2 years now. The people that live in the community(Neighbors) are very kind and respectful. I’m very proud I can raise my boys in this good environment. The property manager, assisting property managers, and also the maintenance crew are all amazing people. Helpfulness and thoughtful. Living here brought a lot of good memories in my life and my families life. And we will be living here for many more years.

If you’re looking for a place to move into, this is it. Prices, location, community, etc— fantastic. 30 mins in any direction will give you more towns Gainesville Buford commerce suwanee with plenty to do. AND being right behind the interstate provides protection from the noise pollution but easy-as-sheeit access to the highway. We’re also minutes from a gorgeous lake that I fish at for free all the time. Down there as well is the Jefferson square that has plenty of food options, a bar, and an amazing ice cream shop. I looove the automated texts they added this past year, updates on scheduled maintenance and events going on in the community has been so accessible compared to before, when I’d miss information sent via email. Absolutely love The Pointe and the staff. Mya is great - from the tour to the move in process, it was seamless. Nicole helped tremendously for the questions I had during lease signing, and the apartment/amenities are flawless. Absolutely 10/10 recommend - if you’re looking for a place to live, The Pointe is it.
