Hardin Terrace

I have lived here going on 5 years. During that time Hardin Terrace has had several property managers, office staff and maintenance technicians come through some good and some bad as with any job. This property and the tenants at different times were left in dismay. But not anymore. Luckily we were gifted with Reshanda our property manager and Hunter our maintenance technician who have both worked tirelessly around the clock to restore our little community back to what it was and they continue to make it a little better everyday.

Hi, my mom has been trying to get a place for about 1 and a half years. My mom always call them and they barley answer, my aunt payed for it and it's been about 2 weeks later and we haven't heard anything. I think their giving her a background check. We went to the office and their weren't their, but don't take my advice I'm just a preteen.

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years now, and out of those three years we have had a few managers. Kelsey is the best! She’s very responsive, she makes sure the property is clean! When ever there is an issue I can talk to her and feel like she genuinely cares and tries her best to make sure it get taken care of in a timely manor. I am so thankful and happy that she took this property over!

I have called at least 5 times and the lady in the office keeps hanging up on me. I even called from my cell phone just to see if it was some type of phone issue. It is so many people out there who need a place to stay and employment. Just go home if you are having a bad day, but don't hang up on people because you don't know if it's an emergency or not.

Horrible! I don't recommend anyone to live there. Leasing agent is horrible, lied about numerous things, took my money, and blocked me from her cell phone... She is a joke, the whole Wilhoit Property is a joke. The day of my move in, i walked into a filthy apartment. Leasing agent claimed she was unaware that apartment looked the way it did, she claimed she was not use to " micro managing." Don't even waste your time.
