PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved here in January of this year the first two weeks I had a mice in here they took their time to come address the rodent issue and there were hole openings all underneath my cabinets that they patched up and it looks bad also they placed a dishwasher that was way too small and it clearly looked like it didn’t fit because it was way too May openings around it and you could pull the whole dishwasher out I never seen nothing like this smh when I first moved in their were a lot of things that they did not make sure was in place before I moved in and due to me living so far and car issues I could not look at the place before moving in i have 1 1/2 bathrooms here and none of the bathrooms had a outlet which was weird i addressed that and the property manager made i
You know I really can't wait until my lease is up because these people are ridiculous. I understand having rules, but the restrictions in these apartments are extreme. First off they have a curfew for you to have company, which is the weirdest thing ever. I understand if my company was disturbing the neighbors, but to tell me I'm not allowed to have company after 10 pm is crazy. Then during the holiday, my family came to visit for a few days and my sister went outside to smoke a cigarette. So they say a neighbor reported that I had to many people coming in my apartment after 1am. Then, they say a neighbor reported me because they claimed they could hear my deep freezer door closing and that my kids were too loud and they could be heard outside my door. I'm disabled, so my family visits me
If a negative 10 could be given I would! Totally over priced for the horrible experience you will most likely experience. I wish I had moved out sooner instead of trying to stay and push through my lease there. Do NOT put yourself through the torment. They switch management at a rate that seems semi annual if not shorter. They’ve just put fresh paint and new coverings over OLD, raggedy, leaky, molding, unsafe (I broke a finger from walking down steps they neglected to repair and had to have a whole surgery) buildings. HORRRIBLE! There were all sorts of violence while there (including a murder from shooting) and no mention was made or reassurance of safety to the residents. I recall reaching out to the office about hearing gun shots outside numerous time with no response. Safety was always
I wish I could give this place a negative because I would. Since i moved in 6 months ago there has been police activity almost nightly, music BLASTING until 2am especially on the weekends. Oh and lets not talk about the person that got shot last week in the apartments near me. I have had to call the police because there was gunshots by my window. All management does is send emails stating they are enforcing policies. Yeah right, you cant even talk to them when you call and you are stuck leaving a voicemail that goes unanswered. Move in at your own risk. Most ghetto, disrespectful, disturbing place I have ever lived at and I cant WAIT to leave. These other reviews must be family members or people who work in the office because a 4 star at this establishment is baffling.
if I can give 0 stars I would HIGHLY NEVER RECOMMEND. I need to speak with somebody over this property it’s ran poorly and the staff don’t know how to communicate. They charge x amount of dollars for them ran down apartments. If someone can help me reach a higher up please please help.
