The Pointe Apartments

Where do I begin…. First off I want to say if I could give negative stars I would. I applied for this complex (2bdr 1.5bath) in march… I was told I was approved in April. Payed my deposit in the beginning of may because I was told my apartment was ready they was just waiting on the people over them to approve some more paper work okay cool. My move in date was June 6th. June 6th came I was told I couldn’t move in because the people over them still haven’t approved some paper work. I had to reprint and take check stubs up there like 5times. Boom July 6th come I go up to the office because I was called July 5th saying my apartment was ready. Get there I get showed this. Not the apartment I applied for at all.They try to show me another apartment which was just as worst it had a bag of beer c

If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are never in the office, we haven’t had any heat and they refuse to fix it. My stove caught on fire and they were supposed to bring us a new one. News flash they never came. Now I’m forced to call the housing enforcement. Repeat do not live here.

Emma the new office manager has been nothing but a blessing so pleasant and helpful & she actually cares about the property. the office is unlocked and open during business hours she answer the phone and so professional and her maintenance team DJ & Tony work so well together ppl been without ac for 2-3 years and Dj & tony have fixed it. every since they came into the office you can see the difference Emma DJ & Tony is doing an amazing job couldn't be happier

I am writing to bring attention to a series of unresolved issues regarding my recent move into a new apartment. Below is a detailed timeline and description of the problems I have encountered: •    Application and Approval: I applied for the apartment on May 20th and received approval on May 31st, with an expected move-in date of June 6th. •    Delayed Move-In: Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move in until June 11th. •    Initial Issues: Upon moving in, I discovered that my apartment had no water supply, and the electrical system was only functional on one side of the apartment for two days. •    Physical Damages: The apartment was missing a portion of the ceiling, the sink board was broken, and the door frame was busted. •    Vacation Promises: Before leaving for a vacat

I just wanna say my apartment is excellent! Move in was quick and non eventful! Yolanda S. In The front office was very helpful. She made it her personal mission to move my family in efficiently and safely! I love it here and am proud to say this is my new home!
