Carson Landing Apartments

I have been living here for about a year and the staff is amazing. Mrs Natasha has been a blessing to me and my family after we had to transition when my daughter went off to college. She makes all our interactions personable asking about the kids making sure everything is ok with us. I was skeptical about moving from a home to an apartment but she really has taken care of my needs and welcomed me to the community.

I’m rating this property with a one because I suffered in a unit over a year, that was damaged due to a faulty water heater and exposure to mold, and I almost believed no help would show up! However, the mangers, especially Ms. Natasha and Ms. Dedrie Martin, make living here possible. Anytime I needed them or have called with concerns, they’d listen and move swiftly to help in any way that they could to ensure that I was taken care of. I wish I could relate them both with “5’s” but I’m only allowed on here to rate the property and not the staff.

Ms Natasha Roger’s has been a great resident manager! Anytime I needed something done she was right on the job and patient! The Best!

I been living here bout 8 months now never had any problems. Ms.Tasha have been a wonderful resident manager. Any problems I had she got it done right then n there.
