No access for delivery drivers. No way to leave a package safely. All doors are locked. If you leave here we will grow your package streetside and you better hope it won't be snatched. There is no leasing office.

1 star because this apartment building is unacceptable. The parking here sucks, and I wasn't even notified that I wasn't able to get a spot before move-in day. This led to me having to park my car on a nearby street, where it got broken into. Now I am concerned for my safety since I have to walk outside at night some nights, just to get to my car. The apartment itself seems to have been rushed. Cabinets don't close properly, the front door to my unit doesn't lock properly, and the cleaning staff barely do their jobs. There has been food found in the stairwell and trash bags in the elevator. It is also connected to a credit union, so there will be random parking in assigned spots. My friend has dealt with this too many times. There is also no on-site security or front desk, and if there is,

the parking here is so bad. They don't have enough parking sports. you probably gonna be parking far away from your apartment. The staff is so rude, they wont even want to talk to you. I don't recommend this for students
