The Point at Wrentham

If I could give it zero starts I would. The office staff is very rude and non responsive to your needs. This place is full of radon as it’s built on rock. I just tested the radon levels with a detector and it’s at 4.43 right now. Everything is made as cheap as possible but designed to look nice. You can hear neighbors all around you at all hours of the night because the walls and ceilings are so cheap. There’s literally nothing I can say good about this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would and I would HIGHLY recommend moving elsewhere

I lived here for a year and had to leave because at the end of my lease they wanted to increase my rent by over $400 for a tiny one bedroom I was already paying way too much for. I know rent often increases at the end of a lease but I have never ever experienced a rent increase so intense it throws the entire apartment out of your budget. It is also worth noting that while I am not disabled they gave me the ADA unit and for some reason it was the unit furthest away from the elevator…. Throughout my year I spent there the trash was constantly overflowing into the parking lot, the elevator was broken on numerous occasions, there was one working grill and people were very inconsiderate of those waiting spending hours grilling for parties and ignoring the time limit. adding to my last post for the safety and my protection I am not using my personal information. here is partially the rest of the other review! It was said to apparently be to much attached! Now , EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to my car he was there in his car ; weather it was behind me , parked in front of me , on the side of me etc. I found it so weird even when I went to stores like the Target up the street or the Shell Gas station he would be there before me or a few minutes after. I reported this to Lana so many times of course NOTHING was done to protect my safety ONCE AGAIN! I finally said to myself let me go ahead & head to my personal dealership/mechanic and have them search my car to make sure this man hasn’t installed a tracking device on me because I noticed he was nearly EVERYWHER

This is what $3000 a month gets you. Office staff doesn’t respond to e-mails about issues. Neighbors with screaming infants banging on walls and floors. They also have a lot of section 8 renters here who clearly do not take pride in their living space and constantly leave crushed beer cans and trash scattered over the property. Absurdly comical that they’re getting away charging what they do.

I don't know what any of the negative reviews are about, but since we moved here, the leasing crew, especially Katelyn has been super helpful in getting us adjusted to living here. The gym is great and clean. And everyone is friendly! :) And the maintenance guys are awesome. I'm looking forward to being here for the next year or two, maybe longer!
