Grace of BHHS is not your average agent. We were looking for land to pursue our dream of building a custom house. We were originally looking at prefab but that proved more difficult than anticipated, then Grace came along to help. She suggested also looking at new developments with builders that would allow customizations. We found a lot in a new sub-development that fit exactly what we were looking for but unfortunately it was under agreement.
