I'm giving it 3 stars mainly due to guaranteed yearly rent increases and tenants that cannot close a simple apartment door without slamming it.. apartments are nice and grounds are very well kept.. rental office has a very nice staff and maintenance is extremely responsive... it's a shame that I'm leaving in July due to inevitable rent increase yet my apartment doesn't get any bigger and all else remains the same.. going on 2years.. after first year my rent increased by $40.00 monthly and now 2nd year if I were to stay the increase will be $60.00 monthly bringing it to $100.00 monthly extra since I moved in almost 2yrs ago.. typically corporate owned complexes tend to raise rent yearly and ridiculously high compared to privately owned apartments.. private owners tend to not raise rent due

Biggest reason we are moving in is the beautiful apartments and the lovely office staff. They were very helpful and enjoyable to speak with. Will definitely be living here for the next few years!
