The Plaza at Pikes Peak

I feel so lucky to have found the best apartment community in Colorado Springs. The buildings and parking garage make me feel safe; on-site storage and ample coworking spaces are super convenient; the pool, jacuzzi, and gym are beautiful. Keith, Jenn, Sarah, Adam, and Mike are the BEST! They are always happy to help with my many random questions, and are the most helpful and friendly team I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. They truly go out of their way to get to know every resident, and are often throwing fun little get togethers for us. My favorites are Bingo Night and the Christmas gift wrapping station! Great apartment community—clean, well-maintained, and full of useful amenities. The grounds always look nice, and everything feels safe and organized. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. Keith is a big reason why living here is such a good experience. He’s friendly, and quick to help. You can tell he really cares about the residents. Everyone who works here is amazing. Highly recommend this place!

I want to start off by saying we do not live here nor have I ever lived here BUT: My husband and I were looking into apartments around Colorado Springs and came across this one, we loved the layout and everything the apartment had to offer but I really want to put a spotlight on the lady at the front, this was a few months ago so I’ve unfortunately forgotten her name but she had medium length silver hair and she was the best!!! So sweet and answered all the questions we had and we asked what places she recommended for us to try and she gave us a list of a bunch of neat places. Although we didn’t end up moving to Colorado, this would’ve been the place we picked. she was amazing and the most helpful person we met on our trip and the resident we came across talked to us and seemed genuinely

I went about getting an apartment today and I never been so mistreated. And Felt so disrespected by two complete strangers. Looking and treating us like we didn't belong there. Totally dismissed us. Neither one them even talked to us. I will be calling the corporate office Monday. I know one thing I make more money than two damn leasing agents.. I took my money else where..

Going into my second year living at The Plaza and it has been great. Jenn in the front office is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She makes people feel comfortable the moment they walk in and is consistently helpful and professional. It’s clear she cares about the residents, and that positive energy really comes through in how she handles her role.
