The Plaza at Frisco Square Apartments

The Plaza is a great place to live and the longest I’ve lived in one place, 4.5 years. It’s almost like living in a hotel in terms of how few of people you see in the halls and it is relatively quiet except for the occasional engine rev in the street below. It has a hot tub and a pool. The gym is a bit small, but enough for what you would need. The management team led by Jordan does a fantastic job communicating and resolving issues with the maintenance team is a breeze, they do a great job of responding quickly, often times the same day. The automated door lock tied in with your thermostat is a real bonus if you find yourself traveling often as I do. The Plaza at Frisco Square was home for almost seven years. My now-husband and I moved in during the summer of 2019, and it was such a special place to start that chapter of our lives. The location near the highway is incredibly convenient, and having so many amazing restaurants right downstairs is a huge bonus. Throughout our time there, we were consistently impressed with the management team, Jordan especially always took great care of us. The maintenance team was responsive and professional, and the property was always clean and beautifully maintained. On the rare occasions we needed maintenance, our requests were handled quickly and efficiently. We truly have nothing but great things to say about the Plaza and are so grateful for the years we spent there.

I have lived in The Plaza at Frisco Square for almost a year now and my experience has been nothing but great! From the moment I applied to now, the entire team and staff have went above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors. Clean, safe, and so much to do! They are always doing nice little things for us monthly. Everyone down to the cleaning crew have the best spirits and attitudes. Maintenance is efficient. I’m so happy to call this community my home and look forward to signing on another lease.

Been here going on 2 years and these are easily the gem of Frisco Square. I would call these "boutique" residences with very quiet interiors. The West Residence gets beautiful winter views of the Ice Skating ring in the winter & the 4th of July fireworks in the Summer. Additionally, the city hosts most of its events and marathons here and Christmas time is a dream with both buildings lit up as part of the annual x-mas light show. The property is walking distance to museums, the new Frisco Library and sits on top of several charming restaurants (Sake Toro/Best Thai) that are perfect for date-nights. My wife and I lived here for about 6 years, and it was by far the best experience living in an apartment we ever had. Everything from the location, maintenance staff, management and pest control - all amazing and wonderful. Walls are thick, no bugs/roaches EVER, very nice staff and tenants. Also the elevators make moving in and out so easy. We only moved away to purchase a home, otherwise I could see myself living there for longer. Rent is fair, and actually quite low compared to other (much worse) apartments in Frisco. The Christmas show and being so close to the Soccer stadium give the atmosphere a wonderful culture.
